We offer two shipping methods for all domestic orders:

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. During new drops, processing may take an additional 1-2 days due to high demand.

We want you to love your Unality pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
