REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Unality purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email
  4. Ship the item(s) back using the provided label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and desired exchange item
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item
  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • A full refund or replacement will be issued once the item is received
  • Return shipping for defective items is always covered by Unality
