REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Unality purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
- Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided label
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and desired exchange item
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item
- If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded
- If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- A full refund or replacement will be issued once the item is received
- Return shipping for defective items is always covered by Unality
